This workshop answers all those nagging doubts that women presenters have while making presentations – be it body-language related issues, delivery or content. It enables the lady to connect better with her audience using energy, interest and attention.
Becoming a leader involves much more than being put in a leadership role, acquiring new skills, and adapting one’s style to the requirements of that role.
For women aspiring to be leaders, this involves a fundamental identity shift.
The workshop hand-holds the women towards the behaviours that will provide them the push. It takes them through the stages required for planning for leadership. It gives them insights into creating leadership presence through a 3-dimensional path.
The Human Impact team has been my partners of leadership development over the last 6 years or so in different assignments that I have held. Sunil and Lata have been exceptional in assessing people, training them, working on their development through scientific interventions and reinforcing the learnings for leaders at various levels at Zycus and Seclore. Human Impact, Mr. Sunil Gwalani and Mrs. Lata Gwalani have been a part in our Ipca training journey since more than 12 years. Their expertise, knowledge, techniques used during facilitating the programs is fascinating. They are and will be a part in this L&D journey. Our Annual Calendar is incomplete without planning or scheduling their sessions. Our objective for the programs are met.
I worked with Sunil on two occasions. On both occasions my team was large, capable & sincere but could do a lot better as a team. On both occasions and with both the teams, Sunil was able to quickly develop a good rapport and trust. The team members opened out to him very soon and we had a great debate going on. We were able to actually do few team building sessions - including few that provoked deep introspection. Good awareness was developed about where we were as a team and it was a great start point for the teams to further the internal engagement and develop as a team.
